Returns & Replacements

We only accept return/replacement requests if the product is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Missing items in the package

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


No Returns On Opened Products

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Change-of-mind returns


Refund Policy

Once approved, we offer either:

Free replacement
or
Full refund (processed within 5–10 business days)

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI/Bank Transfer.


Important (Unboxing Proof Required)

To claim a damaged/wrong/missing product, an unboxing video is mandatory.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
